OUR MISSION

Kosha exists to make mental wellness support practical and truly accessible. Rooted in the principles of yoga and mindfulness, we create resources, workshops, and outreach programs that meet people where they are to help individuals and communities build meaningful tools for grounding, reflection, and emotional well-being.

YOGA IS THE CORE OF OUR APPROACH.

It offers simple, evidence-supported practices that help people feel calm, connected, and present.

Through breathwork and mindful movement, yoga helps:
